Cambria Promotes Colleen Gentry to Partner
BOSTON — (March 6, 2012) — Cambria Consulting, Inc. announced that Colleen Gentry, formerly a principal at Cambria, has become a partner in the firm. Colleen joined Cambria in 2007 and now co-leads Cambria’s executive coaching practice. Leveraging her extensive experience with top-level leaders in the C-suite and high-potential executive coaching, Colleen provides talent management and HR strategy consulting to Cambria’s Fortune 500 client base.
Prior to joining Cambria, Colleen was a senior executive at Wachovia Corporation (now Wells Fargo) with specialization in OD, Leadership Development, and Change Management. While at Wachovia, Colleen spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of award-winning strategic executive coaching practices, led executive and leadership development, and drove change management initiatives.

Colleen holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MA from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a graduate of the Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery program. Her list of published writing and speaking engagements includes Managing Effective Strategic Coaching Practices (SIOP 2011) and co-author of Developing an Internal Coach Cadre (International Coach Federation Conference 2007).
