Jody is a seasoned executive coach with nearly 20 years of experience partnering with executive leaders and their teams to help drive change and impact strategic business priorities. With specific expertise in coaching executive leaders – including CEO/President, SVP/VP, and Director/Manager levels – Jody has extensive experience using a data-based approach to help leaders drive enhanced team collaboration, influence critical business decisions, improve peer-to-peer relationships, and refine execution and organizational performance. Jody’s proficiency includes coaching experience in a variety of executive leadership skills including leadership brand building, leadership skills and challenges, culture change, team coaching, executive presence, and leader transition & assimilation.
Background
Prior to Cambria, Jody provided talent management consulting and leadership development services at a boutique talent management consulting firm; first as an Executive Consultant before then moving into the role of Executive Director of Consulting Services. In addition, Jody built a private coaching practice and served as the Chief Psychologist for the Naval Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.
Education, Professional Activities
Jody is a licensed psychologist with a Psy.D. from Spalding University and an M.A. from Middle Tennessee State University. Jody has an undergraduate degree B.A in Psychology from Clemson University.
